Professor Alfonso Caycedo - the founder of Sophrology

The Sophrology Team

Professor Alfonso Caycedo founded Sophrology in Spain more than 50 years ago to help his patients. Sophrology is now a method widely practised in many parts of Europe.

In 2010, Professor Alfonso Caycedo entrusted his daughter, Dr. Natalia Caycedo, with the further development of Sophrology. We are delighted to be able to contribute to the spreading of Sophrology in the UK.
