The Sophrology Network at the MBS Show 24-25-26 October

The Sophrology Network will be sharing a stand with the Sophrology Academy at the Mind-Body-Soul Exhibition at Olympia Central in London on 24-25-26 October. Free demos three time a day (11:30am, 1:30pm and 3:30pm) and a free workshop on Saturday at 4pm. For more information, click here
