Have you ever felt powerless in a situation, wishing you had the tools to know how to deal with it better?
Have you ever dreamed of having the abilities to improve your self-esteem, the quality of your personal life, love life, professional life, to optimize your sport, artistic or school results?
Like most people, I have experienced this kind of situation and I have looked for effective methods to help me live my life according to who I am and what matters deeply to me. That’s why today I am a sophrologist, psychotherapist and a Ericksonian hypnosis practitioner.
I came across sophrology during my training in psychotherapy. Sophrology makes a lot of sense to me because it encourages us to (re)discover ourselves, through new, objective, positive, non-judgmental eyes. The people I have worked with so far have shown me how much sophrology allows us to free ourselves of limiting beliefs by looking more closely at ourselves and all that surrounds us. Sophrological training promotes autonomy, so that we become fully involved in our change and when a “difficult” situation presents itself to us, we then have the means to address it in an active way, without having to put up with it any longer.
Emotional difficulties: worry, anxiety, stress, loneliness, lack of self-confidence, lack of self-love, eating disorders, sleep disorders, etc. Mental Preparation for medical examinations, pregnancy, childbirth. I work with young adults, adults and pregnant women from my office in Holborn.
